How Portable and Ergonomic Is the Design?
The Aerix is a portable e-rig for concentrates with a glass chamber and an external, detachable air path: air does not pass through the body but runs from the carb cap over the 22 mm ceramic bucket with sidewall heating straight into the glass top. Dry herb does not belong in here.
The rotatable carb cap controls airflow, and the temperature is chosen by the degree. The 3,500 mAh battery charges over USB-C.
What Are the Ideal Temperature Settings?
The Aerix adjusts by the degree between 93 and 371 °C. BOMB recommends 232 to 288 °C (450–550 °F) for concentrates: flavour at the low end, vapour volume at the top.
The rotatable carb cap also controls airflow and with it how fast the bucket empties – open for strong draws, throttled when the concentrate should last longer.
Vapour quality
The Aerix heats a 22 mm ceramic bucket with sidewall heating – conduction: the concentrate vaporizes on the heated ceramic, and the wall heats along so nothing is left at the edge. The air path runs outside the body and detaches; air never passes through the housing, which keeps the vapour free of residue and makes cleaning short.
Through the glass top with water the vapour arrives cooled. At 230 °C you taste the concentrate; at 290 °C you see it.
How Do I Charge the Battery Properly?
According to BOMB the 3,500 mAh battery is larger than in the previous Bomb Pro and charges over USB-C.
For care, wipe the ceramic bucket while still warm after each session with a cotton swab and a little isopropyl alcohol. The detachable air path and the glass top can be rinsed separately – that is exactly what the design is for. There are no screens on this device.

Conduction heats up faster and is cheaper to manufacture. Convection often delivers cleaner flavour. Both have advantages and disadvantages — in the end, personal preference is what matters.
