The old page claimed that the chamber walls were heated while a convection airflow was used simultaneously. The terms convection and conduction do not appear on the official website. A ceramic chamber can be part of various designs and is not sufficient on its own for a definitive classification.

190 °C is the lowest setting, 205 °C the middle setting and 220 °C the highest setting. This is simpler than degree-by-degree adjustment but limits fine-tuning. The appropriate setting depends on the material's moisture content, grind size and desired vapour density.

The manufacturer's specification of up to 0.5 g is a capacity limit, not a required fill quantity. Distribute the material loosely and evenly; tight packing increases draw resistance. When partially filling the chamber, ensure that loose material does not enter the airpath.

Zensei advertises 10–12 sessions. The actual figure depends on the temperature setting, session length, ambient temperature and battery condition. No reliable mAh specification is shown on the manufacturer's website reviewed; the previous text referring to 1,800/2,200 mAh was therefore not adopted as a primary figure.

Brush out the cooled chamber after every session. Remove residue using only a small amount of suitable cleaning solution on a cotton bud, and keep liquids away from the electronics. Check the mouthpiece and screen regularly because deposits increase draw resistance.
