Conduction heating up to 450 °C
The CARTA uses conduction heating: a heating element warms the atomiser through direct contact, and the concentrate on the surface is vaporized. Four presets are available on the device: 260, 332, 410 and 450 °C (500, 630, 770 and 842 °F). The top level covers all common concentrates such as waxes, shatter and live resin.
Heat-up time is short: the CARTA reaches operating temperature within a few seconds. On the lowest preset flavour takes priority, on the upper presets vapour density dominates.
Anyone who wants values in between sets them to the exact degree in the Bluetooth app. Without the app, the four fixed presets on the device remain.
