Setting Up the Water Attachment
The G Pen Hyer is designed to work with a standard 14 mm water pipe attachment, which transforms it from a countertop eRig into a full bubbler experience. Fill the water pipe attachment to just below the downstem — too much water causes splashback, too little reduces cooling. Attach it to the Hyer's glass arm before heating. The unit reaches temperature in about 40 seconds on the highest setting. For concentrate sessions, the quartz atomiser should be pre-heated with a dry run (no concentrate) every few uses to burn off any residue that builds up on the coil housing.
Cleaning the Quartz Atomiser
The atomiser is the most important component to keep clean on the Hyer. After each session, while the unit is still warm (not hot), use a cotton swab to wipe out the quartz cup.
