The Taroma 2.0 uses a full titanium housing for its heating head, which gives it a meaningful performance edge over stainless steel alternatives. Titanium heats up roughly 30% faster than steel at comparable wattage, meaning you can start your session sooner after powering on. Despite being lighter, titanium handles repeated thermal cycling extremely well — it resists warping and corrosion even after hundreds of sessions at temperatures above 230°C. The material also has lower thermal conductivity than steel, which keeps the outer surfaces cooler during use and reduces heat loss to the surrounding air. Combined with the ball-filled chamber design, the titanium head delivers quick, efficient heat transfer directly to the herb while staying comfortable to handle during bowl changes.
