Low temperatures between 93 and 160°C bring out the lighter terpenes. Linalool (from around 118°C) and limonene (from around 130°C) produce a floral, fresh flavor without much vapor. A trick for less cleaning overall: after your last session of the day, crank the temperature to 220°C and take a few draws through the empty chamber. This burns off any residue clinging to the walls and keeps the vapor path clear. If you use concentrates, wipe the insert with a cotton swab after every use to prevent buildup from baking on. The general rule: regular quick wipe-downs save you from a tedious deep clean later.
