The Utillian 621 handles wax and oil concentrates with its dedicated concentrate insert that sits inside the standard herb chamber. Load a rice-grain-sized amount of concentrate onto the insert pad and select a temperature between 200°C and 220°C for best results. Lower settings produce more flavorful but thinner vapor, while the upper range delivers denser clouds at the cost of some terpene nuance. Let the device reach the target temperature before drawing slowly for about 8–10 seconds. Clean the concentrate pad after each session with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to prevent residue from carbonizing and affecting future flavor.

The Utillian 621 uses a dual quartz rod atomizer designed for wax and shatter concentrates. Load a small amount — about the size of a grain of rice — directly onto the coils using a dab tool.
